Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Zeloko. We take pride in our attention to detail and commitment to high-quality products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains your rights and how to return items or request a refund.


1. 14-Day Withdrawal Period (Cooling-Off Right)

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product, without providing any reason.

  • To exercise this right, please contact us at help@zeloko.nl within 14 days of receipt.
  • Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • We offer free return shipping.
    If a product is defective or an error occurred in your order, we’ll take care of everything at no cost to you.

2. 30-Day Return Policy

We also accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The original order confirmation or packing slip is included.
  • We offer free return shipping.
    If a product is defective or an error occurred in your order, we’ll take care of everything at no cost to you.

Note: Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless defective.


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our Returns Team at help@zeloko.nl with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories.
  4. Return Shipment: Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email about approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

    • Gifts
    • Opened or used products
    • Damaged or defective items (please contact us immediately at help@zeloko.nl)

     


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at help@zeloko.nl with photos and details.
  • We will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement.

6. Exchanges

To exchange an item, first return the original product following the steps above. Then place a new order for the replacement item.
