1. 14-Day Withdrawal Period (Cooling-Off Right)
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product, without providing any reason.

- Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

We also accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if:

3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our Returns Team at help@zeloko.nl with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- Return Shipment: Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email about approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

- Opened or used products

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- We will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement.
6. Exchanges
To exchange an item, first return the original product following the steps above. Then place a new order for the replacement item.
