We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, iDeal, Klarna and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. Standard delivery within the Netherlands takes 1–3 business days.

How much is the shipping cost?

We charge a standard shipping rate of €4.95, which will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Returns & Refunds

How many days do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer pays for return shipping, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How do I request a return?

Please contact us at help@zeloko.nl with your order number and reason for return.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Products & Warranty

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact us immediately at help@zeloko.nl and send us photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
